Bro Aeron House can be reached by public transport by getting the train to Aberystwyth then the 585 bus to Llangeitho Square. If coming from Carmarthen the T1 bus takes you to Lampeter where you could get a taxi or I’ll pick you up for a small charge.

Although there is no designated parking there’s plenty of room to park on the road outside the house or around the square. If necessary, to unload you can open two gates and reverse up to the back door.
The ground is level and tarmac

The kitchen, bathrooms, utility and conservatory floors are tiled
The lounge, hall, stairs, landing and upper bedroom floors are carpeted
The ground floor bedroom is wooden with rugs either side of the bed
· There are two steps up into the conservatory dining room
Upstairs there are two steps down to one bedroom and the bathroom
Outside
There is a raised covered patio area in the garden with seating
Enclosed garden
A lockable workshop is at the rear of the property for bikes or canoes.
